What you can expect from this service:
15 email replies for 60 days. 2-3 days of reply time.
An initial assessment of the client's current sleep patterns, habits, and lifestyle factors (e.g., school/work schedules, social life, technology use, and stress levels).
Review sleep records from your smart device
Personalized, practical and actionable sleep advice proposed by our PhD scientists.
Can be paused for up to 30 days for any reason (travel, illness…etc).
